What is an AI employee?
It is an assistant with a defined role that learns from your company's information, uses only the tools you enable and records everything it does. It is not a generic chat.
Which roles can I hire?
Ten: E-commerce Assistant, Customer Service, After-Sales and Returns, Sales Analyst, Catalog and Content, Graphic Designer, Software Developer, Project Manager, QA Specialist and Executive Secretary.
Can it act on my systems on its own?
It reads the information you enable. Actions that change external systems wait for a person's approval.
Which languages does it work in?
The platform is in Spanish and English, and employees reply in the language they are written to.
Pricing and balance
How much does it cost?
Each hire is a one-time payment and work uses prepaid balance based on actual usage. Managed connectors cost USD 0.75 per month while active.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You top up your balance when you need to and it does not expire.
How do I pay?
With PayPal in dollars, or with Mercado Pago and Talo in Argentine pesos at the rate published by the BCRA.
Can I try it without paying?
When you create your account you get USD 2 to hire your first employee and you can request a promotional USD 1 to try it.
Security and data
Can another company see my data?
No. All information belongs to your organization and every query, action and download is filtered by organization.
Where are my credentials stored?
They are stored encrypted on the server, never shown in the interface and not written to logs.
Can my customers see internal information?
No. Employees that serve customers only use training marked as customer-facing.
How long do you keep files?
Generated files and images are kept for 30 days; temporary attachments are deleted once processed.
Integrations
Which stores does it work with?
With Tiendanube and with Magento, Adobe Commerce and Mage-OS. The website assistant works on any site and can read a product feed.
Can I connect my own system?
Yes, with custom Skills on REST APIs with a token. Writes always require human approval.
Do employees deploy code?
No. The Developer proposes draft pull requests, QA reviews them and a person carries out the production release.
