1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ContrataUnaIA, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
2. The service
ContrataUnaIA is a platform for hiring, training, equipping, assigning work to, and supervising artificial intelligence employees. Each role has registered capabilities and may only use the connections and permissions expressly enabled by the organization.
We may add, change, or remove features to maintain and improve the service. Experimental or upcoming features may change and are not considered available until the platform enables them.
3. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you detect unauthorized access. The organization is responsible for managing its members, permissions, AI employees, connections, and content. You must not share an individual account between people or attempt to access another organization.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful purposes and within the enabled capabilities. You may not use it to:
- Violate laws, third-party rights, intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality.
- Introduce malware, someone else's credentials, or content obtained without authorization.
- Circumvent access controls, probe vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with the service's operation.
- Enable abuse, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or decisions prohibited by applicable regulations.
- Resell, copy, or exploit the platform without authorization, or attempt to discover its protected components.
5. Content and results
You retain any rights you hold in the content you add. You grant us limited permission to host, process, and transmit it only as necessary to provide, protect, and maintain the service.
Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to results obtained by others. You must review them before publishing them, making changes, or taking decisions. ContrataUnaIA does not replace professional, legal, accounting, medical, or security advice.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and authorizations for the data, documents, repositories, calendars, stores, and other sources you connect to or share with the platform.
6. Third-party integrations
Integrations depend on third-party services such as Google, GitHub, artificial intelligence providers, e-commerce platforms, and payment services. Their availability and operation are also subject to those third parties' terms and decisions. You may disconnect an integration and should also revoke access from the source service when you stop using it.
7. Pricing, balance, and payments
Current amounts and charges are shown on the pricing page and before confirming a transaction. The service may include hiring, usage, and managed connection charges. Renewable connections are charged while they remain active, as disclosed when they are enabled.
Promotional balance may have specific conditions and is not refundable or transferable. Payments are processed by third parties and may be subject to their own terms, currency conversions, taxes, and controls. View pricing.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, apply reasonable limits, and change features for technical, security, legal, or business reasons. When a material change affects the contracted use, we will seek to provide reasonable advance notice.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for violations, security risk, fraud, non-payment, or use that harms the service or third parties. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Some obligations and records must be retained after closure for legal, billing, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContrataUnaIA is provided as available and does not guarantee that generated results are correct or suitable for a particular purpose. ContrataUnaIA will not be liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or decisions made without reasonable human review.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply based on the user's place of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts under applicable law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The current version and its date are published on this page. Use of the service after changes take effect means acceptance, unless the law requires another mechanism.
